By scheduling, booking, or receiving cleaning services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services

Quality Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services within our service area in and around Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Services are performed according to the selected service type and scope agreed upon at the time of booking.

Any additional services not included in the original agreement may require prior approval and additional charges.

2. Scheduling and Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
This may include providing door codes, lockbox access, or being present during the service window.

If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled and may be subject to a fee.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Recurring services follow the agreed schedule unless updated in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during scheduling.

Failure to submit payment in a timely manner may result in service interruption or cancellation of future appointments.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.
  • Remove personal items when possible to allow thorough cleaning.
  • Inform us of fragile items, alarms, or restricted areas in advance.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our team.

6. Safety and Property Care

Quality Cleaning takes reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Improperly installed or unsecured items
  • Items not disclosed as fragile or sensitive

7. Satisfaction and Feedback

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns regarding a service, please contact us within
24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue promptly.

8. Health and Environmental Considerations

We use professional cleaning products and methods. Eco-friendly or special product requests must be communicated
prior to the appointment.

Quality Cleaning is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities, allergies, or pre-existing conditions.

9. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Quality Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving unsafe conditions,
inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or violations of these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to These Terms

Quality Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
